As part of the implementation process for DuPont/4-H
Ghana Enterprise gardens project, Agriserv, a representative of DuPont Pioneer,
on February 21st, 2012 organized training on Protocol to follow in
Growing high bred Maize seeds Pioneer is supplying. The training brought together 4-H staff, 10 MoFA representatives from the school garden districts, 2 guests from 4-H
Liberia, and Agriserv representatives- Mr. Charles and Mr. Sekou Thomas facilitated the process.
Mr Sekou advised that, planting should start when the rains have come to stay. he stressed that the 16 acres of land should not be sited at one place. adding that 4-H Ghana should focus on project Management at the district level.
