Mr Appiah Kwaku Boateng, Executive director 4-H Ghana, and Ofosu Asamoah, Project coordinator 4-H Enterprise Gardens meets with management committee members and club advisors to discuss issues affecting implementation of Enterprise Garden project in the distict. The meeting
was held on Tuesday, 29th May, 2012 at 2:30PM in the afternoon,
inside Kwabeng Presby Primary school classroom, Kwabeng –Atiwa district,
eastern region, Ghana

| Club Advisors |
Discussions were centered on payment of club advisors allowances, monthly monitoring visit to clubs and distribution of garden tools. Mr Kwaku Boateng advised the committee to visit clubs regularly. Club
advisors should help the kids to keep records of all activities done on the
farm. He said that kids love fun so 4-H should be like a fun club. He
encouraged the club advisors to use local dialect to help the kids understand the
4-H concept.
